INFORMED DECISIONS CORP.™ ANNOUNCES GENERAL RELEASE OF CASHNET COMMERCE CENTER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Alameda, CA. April 15, 2004 – Informed Decisions Corp.™(IDC) announced last week the general release of CASHNet Commerce Center. “We are pleased with the excitement CASHNet Commerce Center has received in the marketplace,” states Randy Steyer, Sr. Vice President at Informed Decisions. “We truly believe that this product will revolutionize the collection of commerce across campus and provide the most secure and trusted commerce application at the lowest cost of ownership.”

Colorado State University went live on CASHNet Commerce Center’s Cashier’s Office in February 2004. “Colorado State University had been using CASHNet Campus-wide Cashiering since 1991 with over 184 departments using our Departmental Deposits module,” Mr. Steyer adds, “and it was critical that this upgrade did not adversely impact these operations.” IDC is pleased that no operations were disrupted and that the implementation was a success. Implementation of CASHNet Commerce Center is planned for Stanford University, UC Merced, Kansas State University and the University of Wyoming in the next month.

About CASHNet Commerce Center

CASHNet Commerce Center was first announced in late 2002 as a solution that offered all of the functionality and user ability of CASHNet Campus-wide Cashiering but was fully accessible on the internet. “We recognized a major shift in the higher education industry,” states Dan Peterson, President of Informed Decisions. “Institutions no longer had the budget to acquire and operate a hardware infrastructure on campus. This trend, coupled with the growing number of organized hackers successfully stealing hundreds of thousands of credit card numbers stored on campus servers, made it clear that we needed to offer CASHNet in a hosted environment.” Since 2000, IDC's outsourced solution, CASHNet SmartPay, has enabled institutions to offer students the full convenience of paying their student fees on the internet with a credit card without the school incurring the costly credit card fees. "Offering a hosted solution that integrates all commerce collected by the campus (over-the-counter and back office cashiering, departmental storefronts) in a hosted environment protects both the campus and Informed Decisions" states Mr. Peterson.

Since 2002, CASHNet Commerce Center has significantly evolved beyond CASHNet Cashier's Office with CASHNet eMarket and CASHNet Student Account Online. “CASHNet eMarket and CASHNet Student Account Online extends commerce collected on campus,” adds Mr. Steyer. “Departments across campus can now develop a storefront presence, offer electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) to their students, and enable students to sign up for installment payments plans and direct deposit of refunds.” These features not only extend revenue sources for the campus but also significantly decrease the need for mailing, printing and sending bills. With CASHNet Commerce Center, valuable IT and Business Office resources can now be used to manage other operations.

" CASHNet was by far one of the easiest and best implementations we have ever experienced. Once we understood the CASHNet terminology, and how to translate it into ours, it was smooth sailing. Throughout the setup and installation process requested changes were done very quickly and the CASHNet staff was responsive and effective."
