CASHNet is once again offering classes at the conference at a 50% discount. Besides giving attendees the opportunity to become Certified CASHNet Specialists or work towards achieving expert certification, CASHNet hands-on training classes gives your staff the tools they need to use your CASHNet system to its full advantage.
Courses being offered at this year’s conference are:
CASHNet Specialist Certification
This hands-on course examines a variety of issues in maintaining your campus payment processing system. Topics include processing a variety of transaction types, maintaining basic tables, creating and running reports, running and monitoring extracts and troubleshooting problems. This class is a perfect introduction to Cashiering for your newest Cashier’s Office employees as well as ePayment for your staff responsible for maintaining the campus web payment site(s). Class members also learn a variety of tips from each other as best practices in the Business Office are explored. Successful completion of this class will result in Specialist-level certification.
Enabling Departmental e-Commerce with CASHNet eMarket
As more and more campus departments turn to the Internet as a means to conduct commerce, your Business Office may have its plate full monitoring this activity. The newly-designed CASHNet eMarket is more powerful than ever, adding not only a new look and feel but several new options. This hands-on class shows you how to configure your CASHNet system to empower your departments. This class counts as credit towards Expert-level certification. Prerequisite: Attainment of CASHNet Specialist Certification or recommendation of CASHNet account manager.
Training registration includes breakfast and lunch both days. CASHNet classes are only available to current CASHNet customers.
