CASHNet Specialist
This hands-on course gives the CASHNet supervisor/system administrator a comprehensive look at the many aspects of operating CASHNet and examines a variety of issues in
maintaining your campus payment system. Topics include: processing a variety of transaction types, maintaining basic tables, creating and running reports, running and
monitoring extracts and troubleshooting problems. Successful completion of this class will result in Specialist-level certification.
Prerequisite: None.
System Setup for Payment Processing
This course will look in detail at the system tables that drive payment processing and departmental deposits, including item codes, endorsements, and receipts. This hands-on
class will help you to deal with seasonal table changes as well as create new locations for CASHNet processing on campus. Finally, you will learn to define security settings to
ensure that the appropriate staff members can access the appropriate programs. Successful completion of this class will count towards Expert-level certification.
Prerequisite: Attainment of CASHNet Cashiering Specialist Certification or recommendation of CASHNet account manager.
