CASHNet Summit 2009 – Training
Once again CASHNet will offer classes designed to make your administrative staff proficient in the various CASHNet modules. Each class will meet for two days.
Class #1: Specialist Training: CASHNet Overview
This class will give staff members an overview of what is needed on a daily basis to maintain your CASHNet system and help to answer questions such as:
- How do I find transactions and run reports?
- How do I set up new operators and what permissions should they be assigned?
- How can I tell if items extracted correctly?
- Help! We are adding a new location and I don’t know where to begin!
Prerequisite: Basic familiarity with CASHNet. Completion of this course results in CASHNet Specialist Certification.
Class #2: Expert Training: Managing Your ePayment Site
This advanced class will provide an in-depth look at setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting your ePayment site. This class will help to answer questions such as:
- How do I deal with term changes?
- How can I change the look and feel of my site?
- Can my single site serve both undergrads and graduate student charges?
- How do I deal with dishonored items?
Prerequisite: CASHNet Specialist Certification or recommendation of Client/Project Manager. Completion of this course will count towards fulfilling requirements of CASHNet Expert Certification.
