Abstract: This online course demonstrates how to create informational forms for SmartPay/ePayment.

Description: CASHNet SmartPay/Hosted ACH gives you the ability to collect more information from your customers that can be used by a number of other systems and departments on campus. You can use forms to replace paper forms and streamline the flow of information into auxiliary systems on campus. This one-hour webcast will help you plan when and how to use forms, demonstrate how to create a number of forms for different types of charges, and illustrate how to preview your completed forms.

Prerequisite: Available only to customers currently utilizing the CASHNet SmartPay and/or CASHNet Hosted ACH modules.
