Abstract: This specialty course will show you how to use Crystal Report Writer to generate custom reports from your CASHNet version 5 database.

Description: This course reviews the table structure and design of the CASHNet database and explains how to create custom reports using the report writer software Crystal Report Writer, a product of Seagate Technologies. The class will look in detail at the CASHNet table naming conventions and will review the data stored in the most commonly used tables. You will be taught how to structure queries in Crystal to retrieve the information you need. Students are encouraged to bring examples of the types of reports they would like to create in Crystal.

Prerequisite: Minimum of 1 year experience in CASHNet, minimum 6 months experience with Crystal Report Writer (other report writing applications at discretion of instructor).
