CASHNet Training

We offer a number of classes that help you improve your skills, whether you work in the Cashier’s Office or are responsible for providing system support. CASHNet classes are only available to current customers.

Registration Information
CASHNet courses are currently available only to CASHNet customers. Formal registration is required for all training classes, and should be completed at least 14 days before the course start date.

Requests for enrollment are considered upon receiving a registration form with payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Reference the Course Catalog to see when the course(s) will be delivered. Registration may be completed online by filling out and submitting the Registration Form and using a credit card for payment. You may also print out the form and submit it with a check payment made out to Informed Decisions Corp.

CASHNet requires a minimum of 10 attendees for most classes or the class may be cancelled. The maximum class size is 15.

You will be notified by email, regular mail, or phone when your registration is confirmed. If a requested class is full, you will be notified and be given choices of alternative dates.

Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel or reschedule a class without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the start of a class. Student substitutions may be made anytime prior to the start of the class, provided that prerequisites are met. Any cancellation received after the cancellation date is subject to a 100% cancellation fee, but the student/university will receive credit for a class of comparable value at a later date.

CASHNet reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled course. If we need to cancel a class, we will make every effort to notify you at least five business days prior to the planned start date.

Room, board, transportation, telephone and personal expense are the responsibility of each student.
